# HPE printed $12.2B, raised the year, and still got sold. One print settles it.

> Claim: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) will report fiscal Q4 2026 revenue at or above $13.9 billion by December 31st, 2026.

HPE reported $12.2B in Q3 revenue, up 34% year over year, and lifted full-year revenue growth into a 34–37% range. The stock sold off on that raise anyway.

After a strong quarter, a raise usually gets a day of benefit of the doubt. Here the stock sold the news, which only makes sense if investors think the next quarter still has to prove it.

They put Q4 revenue at $13.9–$14.8B, almost a billion dollars of room. Land anywhere in that range and the sell looks early. Come in under $13.9B and the raise was leaning on a quarter that never showed up.

That's the trade for me: whether Q4 clears that $13.9–$14.8B range, not the raise headline.
